This 200 year old country farmhouse sits on 45 acres of open, green land and is the perfect retreat from city life or a busy day of sightseeing. Unwind at the open fire and soak up the peacefulness that the countryside has to offer.

The space
The Dairy is a 2-floor, open plan, loft style apartment. The downstairs living area has a wood burning stove, 2 seater sofa-bed, mini-kitchen (2 ring hob, mini-fridge & mini-oven) and bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom with a luxurious quilt topped king bed.

We have two big playful dogs (Charlie & Brody) who are very friendly and great with kids and three fat cats who roam around the grounds with our free range hens. You're also likely to see some nosey cows poking their heads over the garden wall!!

My name is Sarah and I work as a freelance musician and part time chef. In 2017, after being away in Vancouver for almost 2 years, I decided to convince my parents to open up our little farm to travellers. In January 2017 we started renovations on a building that would have been used as a dairy for the farm. Here our ancestors would have stored milk and churned butter before transporting their produce to the local mart by horse and trap. Fast forward 300-ish years - after 6 months of renovations - we opened our doors and have been blown away by the reaction and popularity of the place. My mother Helen and father PJ live in the adjoined house and love meeting and greeting our guests. It has brought new life to an old farm and we love the experience.
