This modern and newly decorated 3 bedroom house with a large well-maintained back garden is suitable for couples, families, business travellers or a close group of friends. It is set in a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe, trendy and upmarket area of the city. The property has been newly decorated and refitted with quality furniture and benefits from unlimited fast-speed Fibre broadband, a new Smart TV, a well-fitted bathroom and ample parking. Well behaved pets accepted and we are baby-friendly too.

The space
As you come into the house, a comfortable lounge leads to a well-designed and fully equipped kitchen. Its French doors open to a large and quiet garden with outdoor sitting area where you can enjoy warm summer days having a meal, enjoying a drink or watching your children play.

Upstairs, a well-presented spacious master bedroom overlooks the quiet road and has a double bed, two bedside tables and ample wardrobe space. The second double room has views of the garden and also contains a double bed and triple wardrobe. The final bedroom provides a single bed and double wardrobe and also overlooks the back garden. A single air mattress can be provided for occassional use by a 6th guest. Quality bedding is professionally laundered to ensure a crisp finish and a great night's sleep. The house is always carefully cleaned and we would ask you to respect the high standards of presentation.

Outside, the driveway can accommodate up to 2 cars and there is also further parking space at the front of the house. Another attractive feature is the easy of access to main road links, virtually two minutes away from the M53 motorway connecting you with all the northwest of England and Wales. The main Chester railway station is on the same side of the city as Hoole, around 15 minutes away, and a bus stop are around the corner will take you into town if you do prefer not to drive in or visit the famous Cheshire Oaks (MacArthur Glen) retail outlet. Finally, if you appreciate the theatre and the cinema, do not miss the new Storyhouse complex in the city centre!.

The location affords an easy walk into the City in 20 minutes and you will be very close to Hoole's ever more popular and growing social area including trendy pubs, beautiful restaurants, late-night mini-markets, independent shops and many takeaways. Alexandra park is only around the corner and always popular with families, providing a play area, fee-paying tennis courts and a Crown bowling green, though dogs must remain on a leash. Follow the canal route into town for dog-friendly pubs, more green spaces and a large Waitrose supermarket to stock up on grocery essentials and many other treats.
