You can start the day with a long breakfast on the terrace. after that it is wonderful to sunbathe on one of the four sun loungers and if it is too warm, you can take a refreshing dip in the raised round chlorine pool, with a size of 5m x 5m and a depth of 1.3m or have an exterior shower. There is a mobile barbecue available for our guests and you will be able to enjoy great al fresco dining on the porch. The lawn is artificial. The owner cares about the environment and has installed solar panels. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.
The comfortable living room with satellite TV is ideal for watching a movie or to read a good book. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed as two additional beds. The kitchen is well equipped, including a gas hob and gas oven and a dining area. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the bathroom. A bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower, two cots, a high chair and two fans make the equipment complete. There are electric radiators in the bathrooms.
The finca is located in the idyllic center of the island, near Santa Eugenia where you can find all the services you might need for your holidays. Golf lovers will find the Golf Course Puntiró and Golf Son Gual a few kilometers away. Regarding the beaches, you can visit the Bay of Alcúdia in the north with crystal clear waters and sandy beaches or go south and enjoy beaches like Can Pastilla and Playa de Palma. A car is necessary. Because the house is located in Santa Eugenia, it may be that from time to time you can hear some of the planes.
