A lovely sculpture-garden studio with own kitchenette and bathroom.

Located within a beautiful country garden of woods and streams, which is home to beautiful sculptures and local wildlife.

The property is on the edge of Chichester Harbour SSI with lovely waterside walks starting at the end of the garden.

The space

A very lovely red brick studio, separate from the main house. Set in a quintessential English country garden, of stream and wooded paths, hosts beautiful sculptures by the sculptor Lou Johns.

Guest access

You will have the whole studio to yourselves, and use of the garden, should you want it.

Please note my parents live in the main house and use the garden, but will obviously respect your privacy as much as possible.

Interaction with guests

There will always be someone on hand (in the main house), or near by, should you need help with anything.

Other things to note

The bed is a pull-out duvan, so can be used as a single, double or twin set up.

A bijou studio with off road parking in a delightful garden. Charlotte kept the access arrangements really flexible and simple. I was driving but there is a nearby station and Chichester is an easy walk as are more local facilities. I was on my own and out all day so the space was comfortable for my needs, which were primarily a comfortable bed in a quite environment. I cooked one evening and the oven and two hobs proved quite sufficient once I had organized my preparation sequence in the small kitchen. Would I stay again - certainly - thanks Charlotte.!

we loved staying in 'our' little house set in a completely magical garden and took full advantage of its location in an area where there was so much to see and do. Huge thanks to Andrew and Lou for being so welcoming and helpful and discreetly allowing us to believe it was our very own little home for a special few days. Thank you!

Lovely little hideaway in beautiful and interesting garden. Handy for Chichester and the Quays and harbours. Would have liked more time to explore. Will have to go back.

I am a British young professional, who like to find adventures in my spare time.

5 things I cant live without....ummmmm....well, doesn't that depend where you are? Every time I leave to go away, I tell myself: "Do I have my passport and my bank card? Everything else can be sorted out later". So, as you might be able to tell, I like to travel light and also am happy to go anywhere at short notice and with hand-luggage.

As an Air BnB guest; The most important thing for me is managed expectations. So long as I get what was advertised and the place is clean, the rest is up to me.

Life motto? Just made up one: "You get out of life, what you put in to it".
