Beautiful and walkable

This area is scenic and easy to get around.
The carriage house is a completely stand alone building with our private home in the front of the property. The unit is on the 2nd floor and includes one parking spot in driveway . Driveway gate can be locked at night It borders Saratoga Racetrack, making it a few minutes walk to either entrance. Racing Museum, Fasig Tipton and downtown are all within 4 blocks. You can use our family (unheated) pool open mid June to September. Not suitable for pets or children. Special prices for long term.

Guest access
Guests have off street parking, the entire apartment to themselves and use of the family pool and the backard. Pool is NOT private for guests only. My family sometimes use the pool but we try to let you have it all to yourselves first.

Other things to note
We will require a security deposit for the apartment. We ask that you leave it clean in the same condition it was in when you arrived
There is no smoking on the property please .

This is a great location. The racetrack is literally in our backyard, the Racing Museum is around the corner, the Saratoga Harness Track and Casino are 1 mile down our street. There are also several restaurants within walking distance as well as the main street (Broadway). About 5 blocks away.
