HOUSE: The house is a traditional northern house from 1874 in Mosjøen. Mosjøen is a small town in the middle of Norway located at Vefsnfjorden. Large private jetty of about 50m2 with beautiful views all year round. In summer you can enjoy bright nights and good sun conditions and in winter you can see northern lights.

The house was completely renovated in the 80s and renovated again by us in 2012/2013. We are continuously renovating and maintaining the house. The house has great sentimental value for us and we try to keep it in as good a condition as possible, but at the same time think about keeping it in line with the time it was built. Transparent bright and light interior, with lots of soul and charm.

From the windows in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen you have a view right onto the fjord. The house is idyllically located in the mouth between the two rivers that flow through the city and into the fjord. The lighting conditions of this particular place allow you to enjoy a fantastic light game and beautiful views all year round!

1st floor: attic, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower and bathtub.
2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with double bed and cot and 2 smaller bedrooms, each with one single bed.

Pier: About 50m2 large private pier without access right outside the living room door belongs to the house. Perfect place to enjoy the view. Full-year outdoor furniture.

- In the summer you can go to art shopping during the festival "Galleria” arranged every year
- Take a walk in the Helgelandstrappen where the Sherpa people have built stairs up to Øyfjellvarden (818moh)
