The space
Rustic log cabins comfortably sleeps 2 (one queen memory foam bed in log cabin & one queen memory foam bed in cordwood cabin).
The view of Whiteface from the covered porch is wonderful. The log cabin's private bathroom has a self-contained composting Sunmar toilet and hot H2O shower. Kitchenette with mini-fridge, hot plate, and microwave. Dishes, pots, and pans are provided. Charcoal grill and fire pit. The log cabin has an infrared heater to help warm you on cool nights and AC unit when it gets too hot. The cabins are rustic and not insulated. The cordwood cabin has no heat or AC. Linens are provided.

If you think you hear wolves you do. They are just down the road at the Adirondack Wildlife Refuge and Rehabilitation Center. You can also listen to the sound of church bells ringing in the distance.

We live on the property in a separate house and are usually not too far away from home if you need anything.

Little traffic, pollution, or crime. Beautiful scenery and welcoming people.

Limited public transportation. Taxi service available from Lake Placid.

Enjoy the hustle and bustle of Lake Placid but stay in the quiet and peaceful town of Wilmington - home of Whiteface Mountain.

No minimum night stay and no additional cleaning fees.

We also host Adirondack Cordwood Cabin in Wilmington on Airbnb.
