Renovated in 2017 and 2025, the holiday apartment is fully equipped; 56 m². From the flat, garden and balcony, you have a 360° panoramic view of the mountains and forests. At the Pyhrn Hospital, just 3 km away, you will find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. A private storage room, playground, brick barbecue, garden furniture and a 11kW Wallbox are available.
We will provide you with the Pyhrn-Priel AktivCard free of charge (valid from the beginning of May to the end of October).
The space
The bedroom, the spacious living room, the kitchen with sitting area as well as the garden and balcony invite you to linger. The large and private children's playground will delight the little ones.
In the bedroom, there is a large double bed. In the living room, the sofa bed can accommodate two more people. The bedroom and living room have a balcony with beautiful views. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all utensils for a relaxing cooking evening. Towels and linens are provided free of charge.
Guest access
You have access to the Mountain View II apartment on the upper floor, the garden, the children's playground and the private parking spaces directly at the property. This entrance is only used by you.

The house is located on a hill with only one neighbor. It is located between Spital am Pyhrn and Windischgarsten, about 3 km away from the two towns. The access to the vacation home is asphalted and easily accessible all year round. In winter, there is regular snow removal up to the house.
