Seacroft Chapel is a fully renovated, historic seaside chapel set on 15 acres.
It has been restored in the 1920’s style with original wood panelled doors, unique milk glass lighting and historic stained glass windows.
Stay with your closest friends and family onsite in Seacroft Estate Historic Homestead.
Enjoy our stunning views, lawns and gardens and beachfront access.
Our various accommodation onsite can sleep up to 48 people and is all included.
Walk down the isle through Seacroft Chapel's beautiful double stained glass chapel doors or if you prefer an outdoor service, we have a stunning decagon platform at the bottom of the lawn that has a truly breathtaking backdrop of Cape Patton, the ocean and the forest that climbs up over the mountains.
As part of the Seacroft Chapel hire you have access to 16 full size sturdy trestles, 90 white indoor/outdoor wedding chairs that have padded seating, tableware and glassware for 100 and various other useful catering platters, bowls, bins, tubs and vases. A full list is available on request. The only thing you need to bring are tablecloths and napkins if you would like to use them.
Seacroft Chapel can be set up to cater for receptions of around 90-100 people. A popular choice for couples is to get married in the Chapel and then for the guests to have drinks and canapés on the lawn or in our dining hall while the Chapel is reset for the reception.
There is a small stage/alter in the Chapel.
In addition to our main kitchen there is a well-appointed small kitchen in the Chapel with a 90cm stove and oven as well as a lovely bathroom with high quality fittings.
There are three small rooms along the side of the Chapel that have been converted into single bedrooms and can be used if need be. The Chapel can be set up as accommodation for 5 persons if you are not using it as a Chapel. This includes the 3 small bedrooms and a 4 poster bed in the main space.
The three bedrooms can still be used if the Chapel is cleared. The 4 poster bed is only available if the Chapel is not cleared for wedding purposes.
Other accommodation options include 15 bedrooms around a courtyard near the homestead, Ocean View Cottage (sleeps 6 in two bedrooms) Bay View Cottage (sleeps 2), Seacroft Chapel and our new Lotus Belle glamping tent that sleeps 2. Note that our tent is only up for the warmer months and is not available if you are using the platform for your wedding celebrations.
Extensive gardens and lawns. Outdoor dining and chiminea.
