San Juan de los Terreros is a small town with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, small shops & a market on Sunday mornings. It also has some of the best 'family friendly' beaches in the area.
The apartment & resort offer a base for your holiday close to golden sandy beaches.
In addition the large town of Águilas is nearby with its plaza, harbor, shopping center & other facilities.
Towels and bed linen available at 20 € per person or you can supply your own. If you wish to hire baby equipment, for example a travel cot or a high chair, this can be hired at 3 € per item, per night.
The Almeria Sol management team also have another apartment for 4 people in the same building, If you wish to reserve both apartments, please ask.

The Almeria Sol management team live in Terreros & will be available to give advice & resolve any issues which may arise during your holiday.
Other things to note
ELECTRICITY: 100 units per week are included in the price of the booking. However if this is exceeded the additional units of electricity will be charged separately. This amount will be retained from the € 200 security deposit. WATER: Included in price. Lock out charges - In the event that a tenant locks themselves out of the property, there will be a fee of 30 € which is payable to the managing agent when the tenant is re-admitted into the property. If it is deemed necessary to call upon the services of a lock smith to rectify the problem, there will be a further charge to cover the lock smith’s fees. The fee for the lock smith’s services will be at his discretion and will become payable on completion of the remedial work.
In the event that you arrive at your accommodation after 22.00 there will be a late checking fee of 30 € payable when you receive the keys.
