This house is close to everything! Drive 4 miles to Good Harbor Beach on Lake Michigan, 15 minutes to downtown Leland/Fishtown, Glen Arbor or the Village of Lake Leelanau, 22 minutes to Suttons Bay, 25 minutes to the Sleeping Bear Dune Climb and 30 minutes to Traverse City!
Brand new fully stocked kitchen with granite island and slate appliances. Wrap around deck invites you to BBQ and enjoy the natural backyard.
Bedroom 1 on the main floor has a brand new queen bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom 2 on main floor sleeps 4. It has a brand new twin bunk bed plus day bed that can sleep 2 (either as a pair of twins or an “almost” king sized bed). Upstairs, the master suite has a brand new queen bed and full bath (sleeps 2).
The house is situated on 2.5 private wooded acres surrounding a large mowed backyard. A long circular drive invites you to the bright, cozy house with modern amenities.
The entire house is available for you to enjoy.
Linens will be provided. Each bed will have sheets, a duvet, a blanket and a quilt. Each guest will be provided with one set of towels for their stay. Feel free to wash them mid-week or bring additional towels from home. Don't forget to bring your own beach towels!
Our 50" flat screen TV will be available with Hulu and Netflix. Feel free to bring your own Fire stick or Apple TV. Our fire pit has ample seating for 8. A small amount will be provided for your first fire. Buy more bundles of firewood at a roadside stand for about $5. Games currently provided are Bean Bag Toss and Washers.
Also available, if you have any little ones, are a brand new pack and play, brand new booster seat and toddler cots (2).
Interaction with guests
A local property manager will be available via phone or text if you need any assistance during your stay. Please let us know if you would like our recommendations for things to do or places to eat!
Other things to note
We will supply ample septic-safe toilet tissue, 1 roll of paper towel, hand soap, laundry soap, dish soap and dishwasher soap. Some condiments may be available. Check with us first!
This house utilizes a septic system. Please no harsh chemicals or bleach down any drains. Only septic-friendly products. Also ONLY toilet paper may be flushed down toilets.
The dining table has a leaf built into the table. You will need to extend the table to seat more than 4 people. Utilize the bench in the foyer to add seating. There are also 2 bar stools at the kitchen island for seating for 8. A dining table and chairs are also available on the back deck.

This house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Please respect our neighbors. The house sits on a quiet private road. Please drive slowly. Noise complaints from neighbors may result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.
Rental signer is not permitted to reserve property for other parties or sublet or transfer lease of this property.
Maximum occupancy is 8 (combination of adults and children). 3 additional small children on cots or in cribs can be accommodated.
