Hi, I’m surprised to see that the value of my place for you is only two stars, since how you said the position is great, I’ve been friendly, the check in was smooth and the cleanliness condition was good. Anyways I’ll try to explain what was wrong.
-The hot water in the shower is on the opposite side of usual, even if there is the H letter to indicate the hot water, is in the opposite side. I told you about it in the home instructions that I sent you before you got in my place. If you did it well and the hot water didn’t come, unfortunately it can happen, but nobody is able to fix a problem has not been informed about.
-there weren’t shampoo or body soap in the shower because even if sometimes you can find them available in the air bnb places, this is not a rule. I never told you you would have found them in my place.
-the toilet paper ran out after the second day because one roll is what a guest need as soon as they arrive into a new place, then anyone can be self sufficient, my place is just an apartment, not an hotel.
-there is a 99cent store right in the same block of my place, plus two super markets in the other side of the street, my guests usually find it really comfortable to get what they need.
-I apologize about my ONLY ONE late response (not whenever you had a question how you said in the review) when you asked me about the extra toilet paper.
-Is funny how you’ve seen as important texted me about it (extra toilet paper) but not about where to leave my keys, since you were leaving early.
(You decided by yourself to leave it under the carpet in front of the door).
