The space

Find tranquillity in all quarters of this beautiful home, crafted into 3,000m2 of Mornington Peninsula bushland. Made for families and fun, the main living area spills through sliding doors onto a rolling yard that boasts a studio, trampoline and the stunning 17m feature swimming pool.

Its generous shallow-end slopes down into a 3m-deep plunge pool and there is a heated spa for overworked limbs. The BBQ and shipping container-cum-alfresco area (and changing facilities) inspire outdoor living, but a large indoor fireplace offers the family a cosy snug on those cooler nights.

With separate parent’s retreat, the two comfortable living spaces accommodate any conflict in entertainment options, and an abundant kitchen is a joy in which to prepare meals. Resting chambers include the self-contained studio, with queen-sized bed and en-suite, Master Bedroom with king-sized bed and en-suite, two spacious double bedrooms and one twin room with single-beds.

Fire safety: • The land is subject to council regulations – please always be aware of the Bush Fire Danger Rating (URL HIDDEN) • No open fire is permitted anywhere on the property • Our ‘no fire’ policy must be strictly adhered to in the interest of your safety and our environment • Personal braziers / outdoor fire pits are not permitted • A barbeque is provided solely for your cooking needs Swimming Pool & Spa Pool operation. • As the holiday house tenant, you agree that you are solely responsible for safe use of the swimming pool and any accidents or injuries that may happen. • You agree that the pool gate is not to be left open and that you take full responsibility for any persons swimming in the pool. • The owners of the house are at no stage responsible for any accidents or injuries that may happen while you are renting the house.
