Renovated lanai! This 3 bed/4 bath home is on the nicest canal with 200+ ft of frontage & gorgeous views of the canal & sunset. The pool, tiki hut & docks have full sun all day. Each bedroom has a private bath & there's a 2 pc powder room off the laundry. The primary has a king bed & walkout to pool. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & pool access. Bedroom 3 has a queen & private bath. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. And a games room! Enjoy stunning sunsets under the tiki hut.

The space
Updated pool and lanai and renovated interior!

Three bedrooms, each with their own 3-piece ensuite. Two bedrooms have French doors leading to the lanai/pool. There's also a 2 piece bath off the laundry room.

The tiki sits on large dock, which has a 30,000 pound boat lift. Please note that the boat lift is set wide, for min 14 ft wide boats.

We see dolphins in the canal all the time!

The house is a bungalow and well appointed with very few steps/stairs. Unfortunately, the house is NOT wheelchair accessible.

The primary bath has a large walk in shower. The pool bath bedroom has a walk in shower. The 3rd bath has a tub/shower combo.

The home is located in the Yacht Club area of Cape Coral and is a quick walk or drive to the Boathouse Tiki hut with great food and live music and the Yacht Club Beach with the softest sand around! There are dozens of incredible restaurants in the area.

Note: the launch ramp at the Cape Coral yacht club is currently under construction as of spring 2024. Contact the host for ideas where to launch your boat.

There are fishing poles, beach chairs, and paddleboards located in the fenced area where the pool equipment is located. Please return them when finished.

Guest access
The entire house is yours to enjoy except for the locked garage, locked cupboards in the 2 piece bathroom, and locked cabinets in the master bath. Thanks for respecting our privacy.

Washer and dryer are available. And a BBQ. Please contact the host if you need a propane refill. A spare tank is located behind the fence).

Please note: movies or other content purchased on the TV is restricted. Additional fees will be charged to you if you make a purchase.

TVs are wifi enabled and you can stream your own content using your own login information. Most have access to live TV via Xumo or other.

Other things to note
The small beach at Cape Coral Yacht club area is a 5 minute drive. Fort Myers beach and the beach at Sanibel are a 30 minute drive.

The pool heater is set to 80-85 degrees F and can take a while to warm up if it's been cold at night. Please note: the use of the pool is at your own risk and the owner of the property assumes no responsibility if children or adults use the pool.

Max occupancy is 6. Extra fees will apply for additional guests.

Tea and coffee are in the cupboard above the sink.

There are fishing poles and paddleboards located in the fenced area where the pool equipment is located..There is an umbrella for the pool there too -- please fold down or remove the umbrella so the wind doesn't take it away. Please return items when finished.

Beach chairs and a pack and play and other items for small children are located in the pool bath bedroom closet.

There is one working slot machine in the games room that take slugs only. Contact the host for how to redeem slugs.

There is a Ms. Pacman game console, which also plays a number of other games. The instruction manual is taped to the side of the console.

We have a Ring camera at the front door but no cameras inside the house.

We have an ADT alarm system which the host can turn on after you leave. Please do not fiddle with the ADT control center.

The modem is located in the living room. Contact the host for internet issues.

The boat lift is set up for 39 foot long, 11 foot wide boat and the bunks may not accommodate smaller boats. Please do not adjust any settings. The owner assumes no responsibility if you use the lift.

Please do not leave the lift in the water when you go boating for the day.

Neighbourhood highlights

The neighborhood is very quiet and usually it's just locals who are on the street. There are no sidewalks.

We're very close to the Yacht Club beach and play area.
