Charming room in a comfortable , homely house. The house is ideally situated for the purpose of exploring Stoke Newington, being only minutes away from Church Street, a winding, characterful thoroughfare, graced for much of its length by two outstanding green spaces, Clissold Park and Abney Park Cemetery. Additional charm is added by the location of two churches opposite one another, helping to give the street its distinctive unrushed and easy-going feel.

The space
The house is arranged over 5 stories, allowing guests to experience a nice balance between the social and the private. There are 2 lovely bathrooms, one of which has been converted from a large-sized bedroom. Mention also needs to be made of the garden, which is truly idyllic and provides a habitat for wild birds. Above the top floor is situated a roof terrace which yields unbelievable views of London, stretching from The Olympic Park in the east to the London Eye in the west, giving you a real sense of the variety characteristic of this awesome city! The house has a pleasing, charming, Bohemian feel as you would expect from a space evolved by an artist. It might be described as "shabby chic", and may seem too cluttered and chaotic for guests of a sensitive and neurotic disposition. Also, the communal areas are shared by a number of guests and this fact is sometimes reflected in the condition of those areas. But if you are looking for an inspiring, relaxed, close-to-Nature environment, this is the place for you!
