This lovely furnished and decorated 2BR, 2BA first floor condo is located in the heart of El Cortecito, Bavaro Punta Cana. It is just a 20 minute drive from the Punta Cana International Airport and just meters from our beautiful Bavaro beach. Estrella del Mar is a recently constructed community where you can guarantee yourself a memorable Caribbean holiday.

The space

This condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom with full en suite bedroom , TV and safe for your valuables. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, another TV and access to the second full bathroom. Both bathrooms offer tons of storage and closet space in beautiful Andean mahogany. The kitchen is also well equipped with everything you could need to enjoy your home away from home in this little Caribbean community.

There are 3 TV's with cable service and the living area has a beautiful leather L-shaped sofa, comfortable side chair and a radio for your listening pleasure. All windows have screens and both bedrooms and the living room have block out curtains which help to keep the sunlight out and rooms cooler when you are not there.

There is a separate laundry room with stacking north american washer and dryer, water cooler, clothes drying rack, iron, ironing board, etc. The balcony has dining for 4 and a gas BBQ for your grilling pleasure and outdoor enjoyment.

The condo itself is fully equipped to ensure you enjoy a relaxing vacation. The Estrella del Mar community offers 24 hour security, a parking space, free wifi, two large swimming pools with lounge chairs, two common area gazebos, each with tables chairs and a gas BBQ.

This spacious condo is within easy walking distance to the grocery, pharmacy, bakery, bank, money exchange, vet, spa, restaurants, dentist, casino, nightlife, and so much more. A 5-minute ride will bring you to both the Cocotal Golf & Country Club as well as the Palma Real Shopping Village, home to the OutBack Steak House, the Punta Cana Hard Rock Cafe, Quicksilver, Tommy Hilfiger, Swarovski, Billabong, Guess, Mailboxes Etc., a movie theatre, and dozens of additional options for one of the best shopping experiences in the Dominican Republic.

A 10 minute drive will bring you to the new San Juan Shopping Center where you can find Caribbean cinemas, the new modern Super Pola supermarket, Pay Less shoes, US Factory Outlet stores, Chef Pepper, Pizza Hut and more.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA (a meter reading is taken upon arrival and again upon departure so that clients only pay for their own usage at the current rate/kW).

Interaction with guests

Our property management team is available to answer questions while you are here if required. We can also assist you with excursions if you are interested in some activity while here.

Other things to note

You CANNOT drink the water from the faucets here.

We will supply you with your first 5 gallon bottle of drinking water and you will be responsible for any subsequent refills. The local mini markets will deliver replacements to the condo.

There is a BrenMark binder "Your Little Guide to the Neighborhood" in the condo that has some useful information including phone numbers of local restaurants, mini markets, hospitals, etc.

Having "(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)” on your phone will assist you in getting hold of us much quicker than via email. The binder also has our phone numbers in it for your reference.

- ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE HOURS: Normal hours for arrivals and departures are between 8 AM and 10 PM. Any arrivals and/or departures outside of these hours will be subject to a $30 US fee.
- - Normal check in time is after 3 PM and normal check out it by 11 AM, however we are flexible unless other clients are arriving and/or departing the same day.
- - PLEASE NOTE THAT ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA (a meter reading is taken upon arrival and again upon departure so that clients only pay for their own usage at the current rate/kW). This will be collected in CASH at check out.
- - Use of common areas requires full responsibility of the users. - Hanging of clothing, towels or other from the balcony is not allowed (dry rack is to be used).
- - High volume music or conversations is not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, at pool area or any other common area. All music and other noises should be kept discrete not interfering with the tranquility of the condominium.
- - Illegal drugs are not allowed on the property.
- - No glass is permitted around the pool area, plastic only please.


On Fridays and Saturdays the minimum stay is 3 nights.

Had a wonderful two week stay in this beautiful apartment. It is as depicted and walking distance to resturants, supermarkets as well as minutes from the beach. Would definately recommend staying here and I will definately be back again!
