Relaxed bohemian eclectic apartment loved the shabby 70s decor, very clean, everything and more than we had time for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Easy access to deli's, coffee shops & metro. Loved our stay and thank you to JP for meeting us on arrival. Really appreciated a home from home after a full on day/night in the city.

Miriam's apartment was a great place for me and my kids to relax. It is comfortable, full of character, loads of games for the kids and Netflix! Daisy's deli around the corner was friendly and sold everything we needed and the laundrette over the road was really handy. 10 minutes to the subway with a direct line to Manhattan was brilliant. And there was a kettle, you don't get many of those in America! Thanks Miriam and JP.

The absolute cutest space. The asthetic was on point. Felt very much like home away from home. Great space for groups.

Miriam was quick when it came to answering my questions. Her apartment is very cozy and family friendly. CLEAN!!It's a quit neighborhood and lots of deli stores and markets close. There's a park and school behind but it's no problem. Highly recommend it for family's of 4-8. Her kitchen has everything you could need. Thank you Miriam for letting us stay!

This was very last minute booking for us. Miriam did a great job in communicating and giving all the necessary info pre booking. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay in NYC which doesn't break the bank this is the place for you

Musician, ex New Zealander, married to JP with 4 wondrous and boisterous children who are also New Zealanders although the kids sound more than a little straight-outta-Queens. We are very chilled, kind and conscientious. We love the arts, nature and good people, of which we have found many in New York City.

Having travelled with our kids I know how great it is to find somewhere where you can base from and relax knowing they're welcome. So, high fives to all you parents out there, we open our doors to you.
