Beautiful villa 5 minutes from St Gertrudis and St Eularia. The villa(260m2) is ideally situated to discover the beaches or Ibiza town (10 min drive). There is a livingroom, dining and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. A separate guesthouse (60m2) with bedroom, bathroom and livingroom. A beautiful garden of 3500m2, swimmingpool with a shallow part for children. A really nice BBQ place. The garden is an oase with fruit and palmtrees.

The villa is located very centrally on the Island of Ibiza. A car is recommended if you want to explore all the beautiful spots on the Island. At the main road you will find several very good restaurants. You can walk to Es Caliu. In order to reach the other restaurants on the road you need a car. You will find Nagai, Bambuddha, Ses Escoles, Cigale and Lamuella within 5 minutes. St Gertrudis is also a 5 minute drive away. St Gertudis has many restaurants and nice little shops.
A small supermarket is around the corner, you can walk there in 3 minutes. The big supermarket like Mercadonna you’ll find in St Eularia and is a 10 minute drive away. Because of the central position on the Island you can reach so many beaches, whether they are in the north, east, west or south. Ibiza town is also 10 minutes by car and the airport 15 minutes.
