The space

We aim to provide all the style, standards and comfort of a five star hotel with the convenience of self catering. We have negotiated discounts with nearby restaurants and a gym, all of which are at least as close as they might be in a hotel.

Guest access

The apartment is located in a building adjacent to the main house, with access via a common stairway to the first floor. There is only one apartment on the floor, with it's own front door. The apartment is entirely self contained.

Firstly, the apartment is beautiful! The pictures just don't do the flat justice. It is newly renovated and a lovely space! Great location in a quiet area we enjoyed our stay. The sofa bed wasn't the best night sleep due to the mattress being slightly thin. I would recommend putting blanket in the room as in the middle of the night I did get a bit cold (but I'm a cold person anyway so people who like a chilly room would probably like it) Overall we had a great stay and would recommend for a couple staying a few nights or a weekend. Great location, flat and value

A very comfortable flat ideally situated within walking distance of all Brighton's main attractions. It would have been nice if tea and coffee were included! We would however definitely recommend.

Miranda responded straight away to any queries that I had, her communication was faultless. The Annex looked exactly as it did in the pictures. It was cleaned to a very high standard... apart from half a bottle of milk in the fridge which was 2 weeks past its use by date. But other than that I can't complain. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and firm. Plenty of towels were provided. The location is very central but tucked away up a side street so it was very quiet during the night. I'd recommend The Annex, and I'd definitely stay here again.
