Brand new 1 bed apartment on Smith St. situated in the historic 'Patersons' building.
The apartment is situated at the rear of the building assuring a quiet space. It also has rear access from the wonderfully graffitied laneway.

The space

There is an audio visual intercom system for letting visitors in. Smoke detector, fire sprinkler system, A/C, heating, TV, washing machine, clothes dryer, hair dryer, iron. Please no shoes as the timber floor is brand new.

Guest access

The recycling and general waste bins are located at the rear of the building in the refuse room. Yellow for recycling. Use apartment key for access.

Interaction with guests

I am usually overseas but will respond to your requests as soon as I receive them. I can give you my phone number (sms is cheap and instant) as well as the phone number of my cleaner who is happy to address any concerns you might have.

Other things to note

The key is accessed from the keysafe located to the left hand side of the rear access door.

Michael's apartment was fabulous! The space is new, clean, beautifully presented, with everything needed for a comfortable short or long stay - including fast and convenient wifi; in a fantasticlly renovated building. The location is awesome, right in the heart of one of my favorite parts of Melbourne, while still being quiet and homely due to the apartment being located at the back of the building. Tram stop right outside the building, a supermarket directly opposite, and everything you could need at your doorstep. Michael's communication was super fast, and he was very accommodating to my requests around check-in. I loved my stay, and will definitely return when next in Melbourne. Highly recommended!
