Julian’s place is spacious and so close to 3 different subway lines. So easy to get in and out of the city. The area was quiet and as described. Definitely great value.

Very nice place, well styled, had some renovations going on in the house and Julian was very respectful and a great host. Lots of cooking ware so big plus if you like to cook and the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing. Very little noise in the neighborhood and overall had a great stay

Wonderful location and host! It can get a little sketchy at night but really close to transit! Light switches were a little tricky to figure out and bath tub kept clogging up. The place can get a little hot since there’s no A/C but there’s a portable fan.

Julian's apartment is beautiful. Fully equipped with everything we needed and in an ideal location. Communication with the Julian was incredibly easy and he was very accommodating. Would happily stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a cool spot in Brooklyn!
