Cozy Versilia is a bright, recently renovated designer apartment located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a charming building in a residential area. It represents the ideal solution to fully experience a perfect vacation in the beautiful setting of Versilia, without sacrificing privacy and tranquility.

The space
Upon entering, you will find yourself in front of a corridor in which a sideboard with various doors and drawers has been placed to ensure that guests have additional space to store personal items. On the left, the bright living area opens immediately with a black marble table, designer chairs, TV and a comfortable sofa.

In front of you is a fully equipped open kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven and various utensils. In the pantry, you will always find coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper.
From the living room you can directly access the terrace, the perfect place to start your day with breakfast and a good coffee or to relax at the end of the day after hours spent on the beach, enjoying the cool evening breeze and the pleasant silence in which the apartment is immersed.

In the master bedroom you will find a vintage two-door wardrobe and a very comfortable double bed with Memory Foam pillows and mattress with Topper perfect for your quality rest after long days on the beach or exploring the small gems that Versilia has to offer. In the other, smaller room, there is a bunk bed and a second closet. The bathroom consists of a shower stall, full bathroom fixtures (toilet and bidet), sink with mirror, hairdryer, shampoo and shower.

The apartment is equipped with sheets and towels and also has a brand new state-of-the-art washing machine, for which detergent and fabric softener will also be provided at no additional cost.
There is also a clothesline on which you can comfortably dry your clothes in the open air. An iron and ironing board are also available.

The house is equipped with independent heating and a fan with adjustable intensity blades positioned in the two bedrooms, which guarantee maintaining the ideal temperature both in winter and during the summer. There is a particularly fast wifi connection, which is perfect for smart-working but also for downloading your favorite content.

Inside our condominium courtyard, guests can enjoy a personal covered parking space, a real rarity in Versilia and a plus not to be underestimated both in terms of safety and savings. Also in the condominium spaces are racks for bicycles at the guests' free disposal.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people (five if you also want to use the sofa bed) and is the ideal accommodation for families and groups of friends, but it is also highly recommended for couples due to its intimate and romantic atmosphere.

Guests are also kindly asked to dispose of the full baskets according to the collection calendar and the instructions provided according to the Municipality's regulations.
