60%-OFF SALE! Because of fewer London visitors.

Stay in Britain's most magnificent neighborhood with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen and sitting room—all private.

Located in the heart of Mayfair, this beautiful 19th-century house is Grade II* Listed, meaning it's an outstanding building of historic interest.

I live on the first floor, and the guests have exclusive access to the three floors above. You can walk to Hyde Park in two minutes and Oxford St, Bond St or Piccadilly in 10 minutes.

The space
The house is bright and spacious (1860ft² or 173m²), and has been recently refurbished with a new kitchen, bathrooms and lavatory.

Situated in the heart of Mayfair, the location of the house couldn’t be better. It is two minutes’ walk from Park Lane and the lawns and lakes of Hyde Park, and close to many of London’s most popular destinations. These include Berkeley Square, Buckingham Palace, Fortnum and Mason, Grosvenor Square, Jermyn St, Mount St Gardens, Piccadilly Circus, the Ritz Hotel, Selfridges, Spencer House, St James’s Palace and Waterstones (Europe's largest bookstore)—all within a two- to 12-minute walk.

The bright sitting room has double doors that open on to a small balcony with a view of Hyde Park in the distance. There is an extendable dining table that can seat six to 10, with 10 chairs to match. On the other side of the room is a library of 200 books—from novels to biography to self-development, as well as a dozen London guide books. There is a working fireplace, a 40-inch television and a collection of board games to play.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, kettle and coffee maker. The kitchen has service for 16, including dinner and dessert plates, bowls, cups, saucers, silverware and wine, pint and water glasses. It also has all the pots, pans and utensils that you’ll need to cook your favourite meal, as well as a collection of recipe books for something new.

All four bedrooms have a desk, armchair, chest of drawers and closet space. There are five beds in total: bedroom 1 has a double bed; bedroom 2 has a double bed and a super king-sized bed; bedroom 3 has a double bed and a single bed (bunk-bed style); and bedroom 4 has a double bed. All of the beds have down duvets and down pillows.

In the pantry opposite the kitchen there are free supplies, so you don't have to worry about the basics. These include free water, soft drinks, beer, coffee, tea and snacks. Free toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste and razors. In the sitting room closet there are extra towels, bed linen and blankets.

For families with small children, there is a baby bath, crib and supply of baby wipes. Prams and strollers can be stored in the entrance hall on the ground floor.

An American washing machine and clothes dryer are in the basement, along with laundry detergent. There is an iron and ironing board in the sitting room closet.

There are four tube stations within a 10-minute walk: Marble Arch, Green Park, Bond St and Hyde Park Corner. Multiple bus routes from Park Lane are a three-minute walk away. You can hail black taxis outside the house in minutes. Uber works well in London, and is ½ the price of a black taxi.

Located in the heart of the London borough of Westminster, Mayfair is the city’s finest residential area. It is a quiet neighbourhood with a range of supermarkets, fine restaurants, pubs, bars and nightclubs, and plenty of high-end shops. Mayfair is architecturally handsome, with a variety of historical styles and hidden nooks to admire and explore. The area takes its name from the fortnight-long May Fair, which was held annually in the borough from 1686 until 1764. Attractions then included jugglers, fencers, bare-knuckle fighting, semolina-eating contests and women’s competitive walking.
