Other things to note
Welcome to my apartment. I hope you will enjoy the stay.
If you want to go to the center of Copenhagen I recommend that you take the Bus 150 S from Vibenhus Runddel to Nørreport st. ( 5 stops) and then you are in the middel of Cph center. Close to Nørreport are also Torvehallerne, wich is a very nice market place with lots of different kinds of food and other shops with specialities.
You can also take the Bus nr 14 to Rådhuspladsen wich is the main square in copenhagen and next to ex. Strøget ( shoppingstreet), Tivoli and the Central station.
Otherwise catch the train from Ryparken St to Nørreport st. Vesterport St. or the Central station. app.5-6 stops.
If you go to Vesterbro you have to stop by Kødbyen, a popular place with loads of restaurants, bars and winebars. One of the favourite places to go out in the evenings.
Nørrebro is situated in Copenhagen N. Its not far from the apartment. And you can take Bus 8A from Vibenhus Runddel/ Jagtvej.
Get of at the stop called "Nørrebros runddel", just ask the Busdriver. Its about 3 stops with the bus.
Over the last couple of decades Nørrebro has evolved into one of Copenhagen’s hottest quarters with a multicultural mix and an influx of young locals.
Here you will find trendy bars and clothing shops next door to dodgy dive bars and cheap kebab places. If you are into small design shops, head for the streets Elmegade or Jægersborggade. And if you need a break, hangout like the locals at Assistens Cemetary. ( Hans Christian Andersen is buried here)
Sankt Hans Torv square is considered the center of Nørrebro and boasts a wide range of both shops, cafés and restaurants, including the only Thai Michelin restaurant in the world, Kiin Kiin. Also check out Ravnsborggade, who offers different kinds of reaturants, bars and shops.
