Unfortunately Mirela was asked to leave after 2 days of an 8 day stay, for the following: 1) Choosing to not check-in as agreed by both of us at 4.30pm but instead arriving at 9pm 2) Not cleaning the bath and sink after use 3) Not locking the door on going out, which meant as the door does not lock itself, it was able to be pushed open 4) For trying to insist that she could not engage in the conversation about the seriousness of no. 3 due to her own plans time-wise, instead of being profusely sorry. On leaving, she made the situation worse by saying she was sorry but that I had upset her also, showing she had no understanding of her completely making her stay at my home not acceptable by her actions. Airbnb fully comprehended all that she had done wrong and assisted with the early cancellation of her stay. Additionally there is always shower gel provided along with shampoo on the bathroom shelf specifically for guests, as well as hand soap on the sink. Mirela used this guest bathroom shelf and the shower gel plus shampoo on it were pointed out to her during her check-in.
