Interaction with guests
I will greet you upon your arrival to welcome you, orient you to the area, answer questions, and direct you to favorite spots. Also, you can reach me by phone and text during your stay.
Other things to note
This house is FAMILY FRIENDLY...BUT...please understand that it is NOT "child-proof". The outlets are not covered, there are cleaning supplies in the lower cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom, kitchen drawers do not have child locks, etc.
TV: There is a flat screen TV and a DVD player here, but no cable service. If you want to watch cable TV, I will give permission for you to get cable service installed under your name, and you will pay the cable company directly.
DOG: I have recently fostered a dog. That dog will no longer be here during your stay, yet, if you or someone in your group is one of the rare folks who are highly allergic to dogs, be aware that even in a clean house like mine there could be some level of dog-hair/dander residue, and decide accordingly.
- No illegal drugs allowed on the premises and no drinking by anyone under the age of 21.
- No guns allowed on the premises.
- This is a quiet neighborhood; be considerate of neighbors and keep quiet hours 10pm-8am.
- I lean toward no pets, but if you have a pet, go ahead and message me the details. I will decide on a case-by-case basis.
I love connecting with people and being your Airbnb host. I go the extra mile to help you create the memorable getaway experience you have come to the beautiful Sonoma County wine country for! I also love dogs, reading, art and hiking in the mountains.
