The Riverside Bungalow bungalow is located on 2 acres of historic land. Built in 1900 & originally known as the Kentucky Military Institute the buildings are over 124 years old. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.

The space
It is an Old Florida Home, placed in paradise on a small river. We have a dock perfect for fishing or watching spectacular sunsets. We can also accommodate boaters that would like to keep their boat in the water upon request. We are couple miles from the beach , and great bird watching .

Feel free to roam anywhere on the property. We have a back porch your welcome to use & feel free to go down on the dock!

Other things to note
Our property is perfect for bird watching and often you can see dolphin chasing bait in the river. We do have a railroad bridge on the east side of the property and the train is a sight to see.
