I want to first say that I appreciate your feedback, although I feel that some of it is misrepresentative.
During the time of your stay, Boston was undergoing a heat wave. The A/C was set to maintain a constant 75 degrees (F).
The door between your space and the main part of the house has a cipher lock on it and is an emergency exit. In event of a fire or some other emergency, you NEED a second form of egress. The door has a cipher-code lock on the other side, which means that literally no one else can get in your space except for me and my cleaner.
The cleaner entered your space to clean up in direct response to a complaint you had. You were told by me via message that she would be coming by to followup.
Thanks for making me aware of the water in the bathroom. I have someone looking into it right now.
I would not advise folks to stay closer to Downtown unless they have an extra $400-$500 per night to spend on a hotel room.
