Gorgeous, clean, newly decorated and furnished 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home with a huge backyard including a BBQ grill. Coffee and tea are provided, as well as high-speed internet, ironing board, a hair dryer, towels and so much more. Enjoy central air and heating, gorgeous wood and tile flooring and recessed lighting throughout. Opt for bright natural light or keep the outer darker curtains closed when resting or desiring privacy. This lovely property welcomes you with relief from elevators, parking fees and other draining clutter, allowing the focus (and your energy!) to be where you intend it. Park your car(s) right up on the driveway for immediate and safe access to your awesome home away from home for both your precious cargo and precious ones. Enjoy brunch, dinner or simply some wine or tea in the spacious backyard! Watch a movie, or YouTube informative clips on the topics of your sightseeing, on the wifi-enabled flat screen TV. There is even a washer and dryer should your favorite clothing have as much fun as you are. Did we mention the jetted tub in the master bedroom? (Yes, we did -- but it's worth another mention for weary guests at the end of a beautiful day.) The amenities and options do not allow this house to disappoint! Comfortably fitting up to 10 people in its generous quarters, the day’s adventures will both begin and end with peace of mind that your vacation consists of more quality time, the entire time!

Changing reservation dates: If you change the dates less than 30 days in advance, you will only be refunded for 50% of the day you are cancelling. You are welcome to change the reservation to add additional dates if they are available on the calendar.
- NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT. NO PARTIES AND NO FILMING ARE ALLOWED. The apartment is located in a very quiet building. No loud music, no smoking, no drugs, and no additional guests are allowed in the apartment. Please be respectful of my neighbors. Please try to keep my place as clean as you originally found it. Please do not move the furniture around in any part of the apartment. Do not hang wet towels or clothing on any of the furniture. There is rack space in the bathroom for wet towels. There is also a dryer inside the apartment to use. Do NOT use paint anywhere inside the apartment. Paint leaves permanent damage and items that are damaged will be replaced. Please inform me of your estimated time of arrival 24 hours before checking in. This allows me to make sure that I'm at home and that the apartment is ready for your arrival. Also, I do work outside of home and knowing when you will get here allows me to maximize my work hours. If you are booking and checking in the same day, this is obviously a different situation and we will communicate check-in times and if my place will best accommodate you. Towels and bedding are not giveaways so please do not take them. They are for future guests. The kitchen is free to use as you please to store food in the fridge, cook, and to eat. You can also cook using my cookware. If you cook in the kitchen, please clean up after yourself. Please wipe away any spills and wash any dishes you use or put them in the dishwasher. Before checking out, please throw away any leftover food you left in the fridge. You are welcome to use water from the pitcher as well as any condiments in the fridge and the cabinets. If you are the last person in the apartment, please turn off all lights, coffee maker, and the AC to conserve electricity. Also please lock the door when you are leaving. If a liquid spill of any sort occurs on the floors, please clean it immediately to prevent water damage. A roll of paper towels is in the kitchen and in the storage closet to clean up spills. If the spill was the result of the toilet overflowing, please notify me--even if that means waking me up--or if I'm not home, please use paper towels to take care of the spill as much as you can before I can take care of it myself. Checking out: Check-out is at 11:00 AM, which means that you and your luggage is out of the apartment no later than 11:00 AM. If I don't have someone checking-in the next day, I can do a later check-out but this is on a case-by-case basis. If you want a later check-out, please ask in advance and I will try to accommodate you. If you ruin bedding linens with stains (blood, grease, etc), you will be charged to replace them. Cost for replacing linens runs from $10-100 depending on what was ruined. Please do not eat or drink in the bed. If you are bleeding, please use tissues or towels. Do NOT use towels to remove make-up or to clean up blood stains. Please use tissues and facial wipes (both are provided). You will be charged for towels that are ruined. The cost can range from $4-15 to replace a towel.
