Coquettish and elegant chalet in Can Picafort, in the north of Mallorca, which can comfortably accommodate 6 - 7 guests.

The space

The house has a big terrace around the house, barbeque, WIFI, central heating and the main room has air conditioning and private terrace.

The house has two entrances: the main entrance, which take us to the living room with television (only German and Spanish channels); and the back entrance which takes us to the terrace and kitchen. On the main floor are located a fully furnished kitchen, a toilet, two covered terraces and a big living room with a fireplace.

On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main room is en suite and has double bed and air conditioning. The other bedroom counts with a bunk bed and the the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.

The accommodation is decorated in a classic and colonial style with high quality finish. There is a chill out area on the front terrace, with a sofa and comfortable armchairs, perfect to relax, reading a book or surf the Internet. The back terrace has a porch and is furnished with a table and 6 chairs where you can have your breakfasts and summer dinners.

The kitchen is furnished with everything you might need during your holiday: blender, toaster, microwave, dish washer, electric coffee maker, electrical oven, gas stove, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils and a lot more. Of course you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Son Bauló is a perfect area for hiking, Nordic walking, horse riding, cycling, fishing, diving or sailing. It’s very close to the natural park s’Albufera - a perfect place for bird watching. Nearby, we can find interesting places as Son Bauló stream, prehistoric sites as Son Real Necropolis and the public old estate of Son Real. Close by you will find any kind of services: supermarket, ATM, restaurants, bars and coffee shops, pubs and souvenirs where you can get to on foot. Son Bauló is well connected with the city of Palma and the beautiful towns of Alcúdia and Pollença, either if you go by public transport or private car.
