Great location

Guests who stayed here in the past year loved the location.
Newly, lovingly refurbished old stables in the heart of the market town Wareham, the gateway to the Isle of Purbeck on the Dorset coast. A peaceful and unusual gem, tucked away, at the end of an alleyway, off the highstreet, with a magical sun filled garden and access to car park. Spacious, light filled and quiet. Highly unusual!

The space
The stables is a unique property, recently refurbished to a high standard. The entrance leads via a small hallway into the main living space, with high ceilings, wood burner, sonos sound system and flat screen TV. A spacious breakfast bar divides the living room from the kitchen. Large bifold doors lead into a secluded garden, a perfect escape from the bustling market town.

Wide sliding doors lead from the living space into the dressing room/work space of bedroom one. The table in this room is also featured as a dining table for the kitchen.

Further sliding doors lead into bedroom 1, allowing little noise to reach this space. This bedroom has its own 2 sinks and a luxurious free standing wrought iron bath and Super King sized bed. When booking for 2 guests only, this is your master bedroom.

At the other end of the property, is the large bedroom 2, with an ethanol fired wood burner and a King sized double bed. Sliding doors separate this space from the bunk bedroom, where a further 2 guests can sleep. These bunk beds are of standard single size. These bedrooms are available when booking for 3 or more guests.

The main bathroom is just off the hallway, on the way to bedroom 2, with double sinks, a toilet and a walk in shower. Opposite this is a further toilet and hand basin.

Short term parking can be found on the high street. Behind the property is a pay and display car park ( we recommend you download JustPark App using location ID 7710) plus free roadside parking 2 roads down.
