Traditional Irish cottage in a rural setting, located in the heart of Seamus Heaney country near Bellaghy and approximately 30 minutes from Belfast International airport. Game of thrones film locations, North coast and Giants Causeway are easily accessible.Local activities include fishing, canoeing, hill walking, golf and bird watching. Crosskeys Inn, Ireland's oldest thatched pub and traditional music venue is nearby. I also have the Hayloft self catering 4 bed next door.

The space
I have 1 bedroom, with 2 double beds. Another double bedroom may be available on request it also has 2 double beds making it ideal for families. There are 2 bathrooms available, one with shower. Kitchen facilities available. Prices are £45 per room and £15 extra per person sharing same room. If 2 bedrooms are required PLEASE BOOK BOTH rooms and not add extra persons . Small children free . Minimum stay 2 nights exceptions for Ballyscullion park weddings.

Magherafelt is 15 minutes away where you can experience a range of shops, restaurants and bars . Brysons Town and Country Inn is recommended for good food at a reasonable price. Seamus Heaney Homeplace is few minutes drive, next door is the Taphouse bar and restaurant .Lough beg Nature reserve is a must see. Ballyscullion wedding venue is 1 mile away.
