Beautiful 3 bdrm 2 bath home on the Kootenai River known for blue ribbon trout fishing. Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch bald eagles soar over the river. Relax in this serene area, while being only 10 minutes from the amenities of town. Great location for train enthusiasts (train passes frequently), water sports (10 miles from Libby Dam and Lake Koocanusa), outdoor/hunting enthusiasts with miles of hiking tails and forestry land nearby, and only 26 miles from Turner Mountain Ski area.

The space

The house is located on approximately 1 acre with Kootenai river frontage. This is a great home to enjoy watching the wildlife. Bald Eagles can be seen almost daily and deers, wild turkeys, and other wildlife frequent the property. The home is an open 3 bedroom house, with one of the bedrooms set up as a bunk room. The kitchen is recently renovated, equipped for cooking, and fully functional. The river can be seen from almost every room in the house.

The entire house will be accessible with the exception of the two car garage, which the owners use to store their personal belongings.

- Please remove your shoes while in the house.
- The Kootenai is a beautiful, but dangerous river. The flow rate and the height of the river can vary hourly. Use EXTREME caution around the river. Please keep children at a safe distance from the river. Unfortunately, every year people drown in the Kootenai as they underestimate its danger.
- This home is located in a residential area, please be respectful and keep the noise down to a minimum. Any guests found having a party will be evicted.
- Guests will not have access to two car garage. Garage parking is not available.
-No off-road vehicles are permitted on the private road that the home is located on.

You must also acknowledge
Potential for noise - The train passes several times a day on the far side of the river. The train does not generally blow its whistle in the vicinity of the house.
Amenity limitations - Wifi is very limited, no streaming or downloading videos or music, only useful for basic internet services (email, basic web surfing).
