Fresh paint, new flooring, counters, & sinks! SUPERCLEAN!! Travel with peace of mind to our elegant home in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely, spacious room provides comfortable sleeping, a relaxing lounging area, a beautiful raw edge desk work area, walk-in closet, and a convenient mini kitchen. This room is distanced from other living areas; and we have NO OTHER GUESTS. It includes a private two-room bath right next door. We offer keypad entry, free driveway parking, relaxing gardens and patios.

The space
We strive to provide comfort, convenience, and safety. For a GREAT night's sleep...a comfortable queen bed with mattress pad and MyPillows. Room darkening shades, private heating/cooling system, ceiling fan, and a white noise device to help you sleep wonderfully. For your health, safety, and peace of mind, bedding is laundered on "sanitize" after each and every guest. Pillows are triple bagged. Additionally, pillow & mattress cases are waterproof, dust mite proof, and bed bug proof. The room is equipped with an air purifier, climate control unit, and commonly touched areas are Clorox wiped. Hand sanitizer & Clorox wipes are also provided for your safety.

Work travelers will enjoy the beautiful natural edge desk, adjustable white leather chair, task lights, charging tower, and guest wifi with ample megabytes.

The private mini-kitch includes a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, keurig, coffee supplies, Britta water pitcher, dishes, silverware, & snacks.

For lounging, there is a cozy leather couch and large screen TV with Roku, Netflix, Prime, local channels, and more. For your convenience, bedside tables have drawers, outlets, charging stations, and an alarm clock/white noise machine. The private bath next door is spacious and includes granite countertops and dual sinks. Extra bath supplies and towels are available.

The yard is a shared space. The large covered patio has comfortable seating, a fountain, flowers, and a heater to take away the evening chill. Feel free to enjoy the sunny bistro patio or the shady grape covered gazebo. You will find trees, gardens, paths, and a loving pup named Ahkoya! There are berries to munch and hummingbird to watch. Our yard is always a work in progress, but we invite you to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a sunset glass of wine outside!

We recommend breakfast at Rembrandt's, Theresa's Cafe, or call ahead to reserve the quiche at Little Kitchen Pastries.

Very quiet neighborhood with quiet, respectful neighbors. Great for walking and biking. Two parks close by. Soooo many great coffee shops and restaurants within minutes. Yoga, massage, and ladies workout studio less than a mile away. You'll love the local beer establishment on the nearest corner, along with the gas station, taco truck, & tatoo. It's 1 minute to Albertsons, 10 minutes to the Village, 45 minutes to Bogus Basin Ski resort, 30 minutes to downtown Boise and the greenbelt. Surrounded by beautiful mountains for mountain biking, hiking, hot springs, kayaking, white water rafting, skiing, snowboarding, and more. Hi! I am casual and easygoing. I teach elementary music and LOVE it!! I am passionate about nurturing a love of music, creativity, and learning in young minds. I love singing and yoga. I also enjoy gardening, reading, and going for walks with my Mini Aussie puppy. My favorite movie would be Fiddler On the Roof, of course! On hiatus now, I have been past a member of the Opera Idaho Chorus and the Boise Master Chorale. My hubby Jerry is my best friend. He is an IT tech for the schools. Jerry enjoys hiking, kayaking, biking, amatuer radio, and is my "Mr. Fix it." : ) Together we have 6 kids and 9 grandkids! Love those grandkids! I am a polite and respectful guest. I take good care of the rooms/furniture entrusted to me. Travel goals are New York/DC, Hawaii, France, Germany, Scotland!! I enjoy meeting new people and experiencing new cultures.

We will be hanging out in the living room, kitchen, or patio most evenings. We are pretty casual and guests are welcome to find us there with inquiries or to message us. Stairway to the guest room is immediately inside the entrance to our home, so you can head upstairs to your private space. We have hosted 4 foreign exchange students in the past and enjoy hosting people.
