The apartment is a stone's throw away from all the famed Kloof Street bars and restaurants, and has super convenient access to the beaches and mountains - via car or the new Bus Rapid Transport system that passes by right outside.
The apartment is bright and clean with 2 bedrooms both en-suite. The main bedroom has a king-size bed (regular length) and has a bathroom with both bath and shower as well as double-basins and bidet. The second bedroom comes with 2 single beds and a shower in the en-suite.
The loft-area has a single bed, perfect for a single friend or a child. There is also a guest-loo on the lower level.
The apartment is perfect for entertainment, with open-plan flow from the kitchen to dining-room with six-seater dining room table and a relaxed lounge-area.
For perfect summer evenings, the terrace overlooking the city and mountains lends itself to alfresco entertainment.
In the morning, walk down to grab coffee and freshly baked croissants from any of the bakeries or cafe's withing a couple of hundred metres.

The Tamboerskloof Gardens area is trendy, has loads of deli's, bars and restaurants within close proximity. Visitors love this fact. There is also a Woolworths food store 3 blocks away -great food to prepare from this store-and a grocery store 1 min away.
On the Cape Town My Citi bus route and 10 minutes to the popular Camps Bay and Clifton beaches.
Very close to the popular Gardens established in 1652 by Jan Van Riebeeck.
Right on Kloof street with it's restaurant and bar buzz.
