Description

The space

Centrally located, newly renovated penthouse located in the residential area of Gardens, just on the outskirts of the city centre. The apartment is a stone's throw away from all the famed Kloof Street bars and restaurants, and has super convenient access to the beaches and mountains - via car or the new Bus Rapid Transport system that passes by right outside.

The apartment is bright and clean with 2 bedrooms both en-suite. The main bedroom has a king-size bed (regular length) and has a bathroom with both bath and shower as well as double-basins and bidet. The second bedroom comes with 2 single beds and a shower in the en-suite.

The loft-area has a single bed, perfect for a single friend or a child. There is also a guest-loo on the lower level.

The apartment is perfect for entertainment, with open-plan flow from the kitchen to dining-room with six-seater dining room table and a relaxed lounge-area.

For perfect summer evenings, the terrace overlooking the city and mountains lends itself to alfresco entertainment.

In the morning, walk down to grab coffee and freshly baked croissants from any of the bakeries or cafe's withing a couple of hundred metres.

Guest access

The full security block of Palmkloof and their own lockable garage (suitable for a standard Sedan vehicle only).

The neighbourhood

The Tamboerskloof Gardens area is trendy, has loads of deli's, bars and restaurants within close proximity. Visitors love this fact. There is also a Woolworths food store 3 blocks away -great food to prepare from this store-and a grocery store 1 min away.

Getting around

On the Cape Town My Citi bus route and 10 minutes to the popular Camps Bay and Clifton beaches.
Very close to the popular Gardens established in 1652 by Jan Van Riebeeck.
Right on Kloof street with it's restaurant and bar buzz.

GREAT PLACE, GREAT LOCATION, FAST WIFI, EASY TO ARRANGE CHECKIN. LARGER CARS NEED TO PARK ON STREET, BUT WE HAD NO PROBLEMS FINDING A SPOT OR WITH SECURITY.

We had the most amazing stay at Therese's apartment. It was the perfect location and was a real delight to wake up every morning to views of Signal Hill. The apartment was were kitted out, and we had everything we could need, including a bottle of wine! Therese's team were a delight to communicate with, ensuring we had a lovely stay. We would definitely stay again and I would recommend to everyone.

Beautiful and secure apartment. We loved the convenience, it's well located near many great restaurants. Therese, Chantal and Tracy have been extremely responsive and hospitable.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It was also very well located in the central area and has good access to shops, supermarket and restaurants. The views from the apartment was also lovely as we could see Signal Hill on one side and part of table mountain on the other.

Our host made us feel very welcome with a complimentary bottle of wine and a friendly welcoming into the house. She was also very quick to sort out a small issue we had with the braai, which was out of gas. The place was stunning everything we imagined and even better than the pictures. The location is ideal for going out and convenient for any direction you want to take to tpuristy stuff. All in all a great experience!

Therese's penthouse is phenomenal! Excellent amenities and perfect proximity to restaurants and shopping. The views of Table Mountain are beautiful too. While we did not have the chance to meet Therese in person, she and her staff were in touch leading up to our arrival. They even presented us with a bottle of wine upon our arrival. They were kind and very responsive to our needs, including an earlier than expected check-out time the morning of. Thank you, Therese and Chantal! We had a great stay in Cape Town!
