Felicia is a great host and made me feel at home! I was within walking distance to the State Fair and was greeted each day with Felicia's amazing cookies. Highly recommend staying here if you're in town for the state fair or just trying to experience Minneapolis.

Her home was so great. She, her family and her dog is so nice and friendly. She gave me and other travellers breakfast and hand-made cookies and muffins. Also, it locates in a safe area and helped me to feel relaxed. Last not but least, she and her family is a big sports fun and I enjoyed talking about sports with her.

Response from Felicia:
Gakuto, thanks for wanting to come back next week. That is the best advertising when people try other places I the area and then choose to come back to my home to finish their stay. See you soon.

I am a early 60's feel like 40's mom of 3 adult sons who live away. Am a registered dietitian, author and community activist. I enjoy gardening, cooking and reading. We are a big baseball family. All of my sons and husband Kevin played NCAA Division 1 baseball. I enjoy travel and have been to every US state except Hawaii. Have been fortunate to visit Germany, Spain, England, Holland, Austria, Scotland, Ireland, Italy, France, Hungary, Greece, Mexico, Canada, and most of the Caribbean Islands.

Our home is located right between Minneapolis and St. Paul. 10 minutes to either downtown but we live in what feels like the countryside. We are surrounded on three sides by U of MN agricultural fields and our large and unique home is at the end of a dead end cul-de-sac. North of our home is private and community garden farmlands. We have a large, lovable Golden Retriever 2.5 year-old Brooks. Friendly neighbors of all ages.

I enjoy reading historical fiction and mysteries and tending my flower gardens. If you visit us at harvest time we grow tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries, black raspberries, cherries and Honey Crisp apples that we love to share with our guests.

Kevin is an architect who designed our home, an avid cyclist and enjoys all types of sports. He owns his own firm and works in downtown Minneapolis.

Recently returned from 2+ weeks abroad and my first stays as a guest in Airbnb's. Brought back ideas that will make my international guests feel more at home!
