The available room is our spacy living room, which is a common area. Upon request I can put 2 Kallax bookcases to divide the room for some privacy.
The room is very bright, since we have a lovely balcony, which you are welcome to use and where you´re allowed to smoke .
In the living room there is also a table where you can eat and work.
Your bed is an IKEA BEDDINGE LÖVÅS sofa-bed but if you prefer we have a good air matress too.
We provide linens and towels upon request.

Julie was a very lovely person however we felt we were intruding on her personal space as the room was not a private room and was just their front living room. We didn't think it was a comfortable stay as we felt very on edge and we were given a lilo as a bed. The property was no…

Response from Julia:
Will, I´m very sorry you felt this way and I hope you could have a good night sleep anyways. However, all the information on the ad was very precise. Are you sure you´d read the description before making the reservation? It says "The available room is our spacy living room, which is a COMMON AREA. Upon request I can put 2 Kallax bookcases to divide the room for SOME PRIVACY. (...) Your bed is an IKEA BEDDINGE LÖVÅS sofa-bed but if you prefer we have a good AIR MATRESS (or lilo, as you call it) too. We provide linens and towels upon request." Nowhere in my ad did I state that it was a private room. To be clear, you had 1 sofa-bed and 1 air matress, as listed in the ad. About the sheet for two people I´ll respond by copying the messages we exchanged before you made the reservation: " We are 4 men, one 22yr old and 3 26yr olds. We have been travelling a while and this is the last leg of our trip and would love to stay in your lovely apartment Última Sexta-Feira às 18:45 Alright, we're welcome to stay here. Though we have guests tonight and the checkout time is noon. You can check in at 1 pm, but if u need to leave your luggage here we can arrange something. Since we normally only have two guests, we unfortunately only have two decent guest blankets. We do have other couch blankets but I'm afraid they're not warm enough. Do u happen to be carrying at least 2 sleeping bags with you? Última Sexta-Feira às 18:48 8:30am it was the cheapest train we could get. And don't worry we will be fine as we are very happy to share blankets as we do not have sleeping bags Última Sexta-Feira às 18:54 Alright, I hope u don't freeze. You can leave your luggage after 9 Última Sexta-Feira às 18:56" After your "don´t worry, we will be fine" I trusted you actually meant it and didn´t worry. About the location: I´m not sure what route you took to Oktoberfest, but it really is 15 minutes away if you take the bus to Laimer Platz (3 minutes) and the Ubahn from Laimer Platz to Theresienwiese (12 minutes). The bus stop is 190m away. That was also described in the ad. About the tea: I´m really sorry about that. We drink tea without sugar and milk here, so it didn´t even cross my mind to offer you them. When I brought you the tea you could have said something, though. I would gladly give it to you. Instead one of you said "Thank you, that´s perfect", so, again, I thought he meant what he said.

Julia was an outstanding host. Since my friends and I were planning to stay at Oktoberfest the night we got there, she allowed us to leave our bags there for the day. And when we came back late at night, quietly of course, around 2am, she didn't mind at all. She helped us with t…
