I would highly recommend this apartment. There's lots of space, it's really well equipped and in the best possible location. But most of all Celina is an incredible host, she went out of her way to make our stay special, from giving us helpful recommendations to bringing us a (delicious) cake for my friends Birthday. We had a 2 year old with us and Celina ensured there were books, games etc to keep him occupied. We hope to visit again.

The good: 1. location is fantastic, in a really accessible, cool area packed with great food, bars, shops, and everything you could want on your doorstep. Wonderful; 2. There is lots of space in the apartment, with two proper double bedrooms, separate living area, kitchen and two bathrooms; 3. the terraces at front and back mean that you can sit outside in the sun or shade (although the furniture is basic, to say the least); 4. Giorgio is great - charming, helpful and attentive - thank you :-) The bad: Décor will not be to everybody's taste - it wasn't mine, and the photos don't give you the full impression of bright colours on walls, ceilings, doors, not to mention someone's "artistic" daubing of paint on the walls and bizzare objects and prints. Furniture is a random mix of stuff, some of which is cheap, old and all mismatched - shabby in places. The big roof terrace is pretty useless and bleak - could be a great space but you have to access via a difficult spiral staircase, and when you're up there it's a big space with nothing comfortable on it - missed opportunity. Ask yourself if you need air-con in Naples if (like me) you're there in August, as this apartment doesn't have it. Overall - mixed - some great things, some not good. Interesting though!

A fantastic apartment in a great part of town. Giorgio was at the apartment to meet my family and I despite our flight being delayed and us arriving well after midnight. The facilities are second to none and he even left bread, milk and booze for us! Overall I'd say the best airbnb experience we've had. Thanks Giorgio.

Just such a great location right in the heart of the lively and stylish area of Napoli. The extensive balconies on all sides (plus the roof top) allow you to soak up the views to the bay and back to the hills. Bohemian aesthetic describes the place best Top tip - 10c for the lift is money well spent on the way up !

What a fantastic place! We would highly recommend Giorgio's lovely flat in Naples. Easy to get to, set in a very nice area and perfect for two couples or family. Giorgio was a great host, always available and happy to help with advice. Very good English and has been one of our best hosts on airbnb. Fantastic and excellent value for money. There was plenty of literature to help plan trips and get about the city. The area is an affluent area of Naples so you might want to look at super markets out of the area if you are on a budget. Be prepared that Naples is very loud and watch out for the motorbikes!! The views were stunning and has fantastic balconies with view of the city and the sea. We had lovely meals on the top balcony. Thanks Giorgio!! We will certainly recommend this place to anyone intending on going to Naples. Paul/Olga/Gav and Katie.

Giorgio's apartment is centrally located and very convenient. There are lots of restaurants and pasticcerias nearby and a good supermarket 2 minutes round the corner with an excellent deli and bakery. Giorgio was a very helpful host. I really appreciated him being at the apartment to meet me, as I was travelling alone initially, even though I didn't arrive until nearly midnight. He was in touch during the week I was there with friends to check that everything was ok too. The apartment is comfortable and funkily furnished - my friends loved the hammock - the bedrooms are a good size and it was good to have two bathrooms. You can see the sea from one terrace and the hills and town of Naples from the other. We weren't offered the breakfasts that other reviewers mention (they sound delicious so am rather envious!) but there was juice and fruit in the fridge, a very welcome bottle of wine and coffee and a packet of pastries for the first morning. We were very pleased to have the apartment cleaned and the bedding changed during the week. It was incredibly hot while we were in Naples so good to have fresh linen. If you have mobility issues you may find the flight of stairs inside the apartment tricky and none of my group was brave enough to try the spiral staircase to the roof terrace although we loved the idea of it. I would definitely stay here again when I revisit Naples.

This apartment is perfect for spending time in Naples and the surrounding area. Celina provided some great recommendations and an amazing breakfast! The balconies and rooftop terrace really made it for us although because I'm afraid of heights the stairs were slightly terrifying! Be aware there is a taxi rank two minutes walk away, nothing to do with the apartment but when arriving from the airport the driver said he couldn't get very close as it was a pedestrian area which we later found out was rubbish. Nothing could have tarnished this trip though and we all would highly recommend it.
