This is a fantastic little respite, not far from both Fremont and Queen Anne. All the amenities were equivalent to a great hotel! And very accommodating Hosts, including little Olive the cat!

Great location; outstanding facilities; model hosts. Needless to say we would highly recommend this Queen Ann Hill location for your next trip to Seattle. The apartment was immucalate and well-stocked. The outdoor seating area and reflecting pool were an unexpected bonus with total privacy. Patrick and Trish have thought of everything and were extremely helpful yet respected our privacy. A perfect experience. Edit (2 days left to edit) August 2017

Really great 1 bedroom private apartment/home. The garden space was very relaxing and having a private entry made the place seem comfortable for us to move around in.

Trish and Patrick are absolutely amazing! My wife and I were heading to Seattle for the first time, and really had no idea what to do (other than some ideas of what we wanted to see/experience). Their communication and suggestions made our trip so easy! Their home is beautiful, and the neighborhood is quiet and breathtaking. Our stay (your stay!) is on the lower floor of their home, completely private from their main living space, and has its own private entrance in the rear. The pond and plants made the patio such a relaxing place to sit in the mornings and evenings. After being out each day, all day, it was great to come back and put our feet up in the den and watch TV. It was great to find a place with a king size bed, too! The heated floors and towel rack in the bathroom made the cold mornings easy. The kitchenette was perfect for our stay - we stocked up on some food, snacks and water for our 4 days in town. Having a full size washer and dryer allowed us to pack for 4 days instead of our full 9 days of vacation. You can catch the bus just two short blocks away, and access all the major "touristy" locations in Seattle. Catch Route 3 of King County Metro, and youll get to Seattle Center (Space Needle/Monorail/Museum of Pop Culture/Chihuly Glass and Garden), Pike Place, Columbia Tower, and much more. Make sure to get an ORCA card, $8/day gets you unlimited rides on the bus - you don't need a rental car. Put on some comfy shoes and walk a half mile to Queen Anne Ave and you'll find an abundance of small shops and restaurants. Hilltop Alehouse was delicious (Thanks Patrick for the recommendation!). We also had a great breakfast at Bite Box. Trish and Patrick went out of their way to make our trip smooth and peaceful. They provide you with a great overview of the property for your stay, and leave you with no questions unanswered. They were so warm and friendly, and we thank you both for welcoming us to your home! It is the perfect place to stay, and we can't wait to be back!

We stayed three wonderful days in Trish and Patrick's private-entry suite. Not only was the description on AirBnB accurate, the photos actually did not do justice to how clean and appealing the space was. The backyard/garden was secluded and a very relaxing place to read a book or eat breakfast. On the inside of the suite everything was perfect, with attention to detail down to the beer and water in the small fridge and candy (pocky sticks!) on the reception table in the hallway. Trish and Patrick were the perfect hosts and it was a pleasure to get to talk to them and swap travel stories. They were prompt in communicating necessary booking details and went above and beyond to help us feel at home. Trish even loaned me a vase to put the flowers in that I got from Pike Place Market. I highly recommend their suite for anyone staying in Seattle!
