Great location
100% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
The cabin consists of a living room/ kitchen, dining room, and bath on the first floor. There is a loft with 2 twin beds and a full bed. A wood stove will keep you cozy on cool nights and ceiling fans will keep you cool in the summer.
All are welcome. Perfect for family of 4 or for 1 couple. There are fun things to do within an hour of the cabin. There are Caverns, zip-lining, Baseball Museum and lots of hiking trails around.
There is a studio apartment attached to the back of the cabin for the hosts when they are there. It has a separate entrance and facilities. We are sometimes there so we can clean the cabin between guests. When we are there we have our 30 pound friendly American Eskimo with us.

The space
Our cabin is a nice quiet getaway. There is no internet or WiFi, but we do have Direct tv and a large selection of DVDs for your enjoyment. We are less than an hour from Cooperstown and also the Catskill Park. There are lots of places to hike and explore in the area. We are also close to Bleinham Hill Farm which is a large wedding venue.

The cabin is set in the woods on a well kept gravel road. There are only eight homes on the road with only one you can see. The foliage in the area is beautiful. Come enjoy some great hunting or just come and enjoy the cabin and the beautiful area.

I currently work part time for a sheet metal company doing union payroll and accounts payable and my husband Michael is a self-employed plumber. We purchased the cabin in 2001 and Michael has been improving it each year . Michael loves to cook and fix things. I love to read, listen to music and meet up with friends for dinner and conversation. We both love entertaining and helping others and love sharing our home away from home with people who will enjoy it. We will have the cabin ready to welcome you as our guests and will be available by phone to answer any questions or concerns. We want your visit to be the best ever.
