Part of the house with a picturesque porch and direct access to the lake. Perfect for lovers of wild nature and serenity. Located in a quiet bay on Lake Łaśmiady, which is in a quiet zone. Kayaks, a boat and pedalos are available on-site. You can bathe, but rather just off the dock. Our bay is very shallow, making the water warm and safe, but the entrance from the shore is a bit muffled, which is why we have a long jetty. We can't win with nature - we recommend the article "Eutrophication" on Wikipedia. 🤓

The space
Our home with a cozy, bright porch, fire pit, and access to the lake covered by the quiet zone is a wonderful place to relax in the midst of nature. The old walls provide soothing coolness on hot days, and the weak cell phone signal allows you to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. In turn, very good internet allows you to work online.

Guest access
At your disposal is a part of the house, a parking space for two cars and an adjacent large grassy area with a place for a bonfire and fun. Access to the lake is private, but shared with guests from two other apartments rented by us.

We also have water equipment (boats, kayaks, water bike) available for an additional fee. On request, we can also arrange a sailboat cruise.

Our property is located on Lake Łaśmiady in the district of Elcki. The lake is covered by a quiet zone, so there is no noise of motor boats or jet skis. In the area we have beautiful mushroom forests, hiking and biking trails, and many other surrounding lakes. There is also an observation tower nearby with a beautiful panorama of the area.

In nearby Elk, the summer season abounds in a variety of cultural events like a fireworks festival, balloon flights, a cabaret festival, and numerous concerts. Looking a little further, you'll find attractions like the Augustów Canal and the bridges in Stańczyki.
