Adelaide Art Deco Garden home is a fully equipped 1950s home that has been modernised for complete comfort. It has 3 bedrooms featuring 2 Large bedrooms, - main bedroom has 1 Queen & 2nd bedroom has two singles - these can be converted to a queen bed – just ask. There is also a 3rd smaller bedroom that sleeps one person in a single bed. A portacot and high chair can be provided just let us know.
The home has polished floorboards, heating/cooling in the lounge area and towards the rear of the home and overhead fans in all rooms. The kitchen has been completely modernised with new everything, including a coffee pod machine for those that like their coffee fix. Wifi/internet access is included.
The back garden is a beautiful retreat to come home to where you can relax while sitting on the outdoor setting and listen to the sound of birds while having a nice drink. It’s a peaceful spot on the edge of the city with excellent public transport links including the Adelaide to Glenelg Tram or you are spoilt for choice of buses either on South Road, Anzac Highway or Marion Road. If you want to cycle to the city or Glenelg Beach via the local Mike Turtur Bikeway then the home has 2 bikes that you can use by prior arrangement.

This is a whole 3 bedroom home with garden.

I am a friendly, helpful person and love having people stay but if you don't want to follow my house rules then please don't book.
Look after the home. Be security conscious - make sure you lock doors at all times.
Please leave the home in a similar condition to what you found it. We allow for a 3 hr standard clean.
Ensure dishes and pots and pans are clean and dry when returned back to kitchen cupboard. Please wipe any spills promptly so as not to cause damage to cupboards or other items. Return furniture to original spot if moved.
If any problems report them to the owner immediately. We aim to provide you with a clean home with everything working both for you and next guests so if there is something amiss please tell us.
Please ensure that microwave, stovetop & oven are clean if used. Ensure internal bin is emptied regularly.
If you remember please put the bin on the kerb on the regular collection day - Sunday night.
Wireless internet is pretty generous but based on fair use.
Report any damage and be considerate of neighbours.
No noise or parties as this is a residential area with lovely neighbours who can get grumpy.
Carr parking is in the driveway or on street parking is also available.
We have 3 listings, so please take a look. 2 of our homes (Hyde Park & Glandore) have easy access to our beautiful Adelaide City being within 10-15 mins away. All 3 homes have excellent public transport nearby.
The 3 bedroom Glandore home has the local tram which will take you direct into the city or Glenelg beach within 15 minutes. It also has buses nearby. It runs every 15 minutes. The Hyde Park home is a 10 minute bus drive with local buses only a 10 minute wait. The Hallett Cove home has a bus stop near your door which will take you to Brighton Beach, Flinders Medical Centre Marion Shopping Centre and the Aquatic Centre to name a few. It is approximately a 30 minute drive to the city and close to McLaren Vale wineries and the southern areas of Adelaide. All the homes have off street parking for 1-2 cars.
All our homes have private gardens (Glandore is particularly large) because we like the outdoors ourselves and they are all ground floor level.
