Large spacious double room at rear of house. Newly refurbished to high standard and situated on quiet side street within walking distance of Penwortham village. Easy access to cafes, bars, restaurants and superstore. Good reliable public transport network (10 mins to Preston). 5 mins to train station by taxi (£5 approx). Safe off street parking or private driveway on request. Access to kitchen and relaxing lounge space with outdoor patio and bbq. Single Host in residence. No pets on property.

The space
The 145 sq. ft bedroom has one 4ft 6in double bed, fitted wardrobe, working folding desk (on request) and chair. This bedroom is extremely quiet with blackout blinds for refreshing sleep. Fresh towels and toiletries are supplied.

It has 42 inch flat screen plasma TV with Amazon Prime. With Prime Video, you can access more than 15,000 movies and TV episodes. BBC and Sky news channels are available. Or you can access to Amazon Music with over 40 million songs, thousands of Playlists hand-curated by Amazon's music experts and personalised Stations.

Penwortham is a town in South Ribble, Lancashire, England, on the south bank of the River Ribble facing the city of Preston. The town is at the most westerly crossing point of the river, with major road and rail links crossing it here. Penwortham dates back to the 11th century with St Marys parish Church built in 14th century. It boasts a vibrant social scene with numerous eateries, bars, takeaways, Tesco and Booths superstores. Within easy reach of Grange Hurst park, Turbary owl centre and Preston Guild wheel hiking trail.
