Modern tropical style villa for family in Kerobokan area, not too far from seminyak & canggu. It's 250 square meters of building in 400 square meters of land with 3,5 x 9 meters swimming pool. With 3 bedrooms, all rooms have it's own bathrooms, also 1 bathroom in the living room.
Cozy and quiet area, perfect for relax after busy traffics of Bali streets. Every rooms are 25 meters square, including guest bathroom in the living room.. o

Our check in time between 14:00 until 18:00,,
NO LATE CHECK IN., so if your flight arrive late please ask us first so we can check with our staff if it's possible or not for your late check in request, and there will be some extra hour fee for late check in cause we have to pay our staff double for extra hour work, if we both agreed we can arrange late check in, otherwise please cancel your reservation.

Our villa located at kerobokan area, not too far from seminyak and canggu, it's around 5-10 minutes, less than 4 km) to seminyak depend the traffics, and 15 to 30 minutes less than 6 km) to canggu depend the traffics. The are quite enough, perfect for rest and relax after you travelings around Bali with the busy streets and traffics. We have open living room area next to our kitchen, each bedrooms have aircond and bathroom, only master bedroom have bath tubs. Our swimming pool size 3,5meters X 9meters with deepness from 120cm to 175cm the deepest.

Normally at the villa, guests will need transport like rent car or rent scooter to drive you around, to go to supermarket, beach, Cafe, restaurant, attraction area or night life area.. Or you can just order Grab, Gocar or gojek for online taxi company to drive you or just order delivery food.
Each room has its own lock.
