A secure fully fenced 2 bedroom bamboo house with terrace and a kitchen.Each room has its own CR and each provided with a shower heater, aircon, stand fan and tv with preselected movies via usb ready to play. Along Villarosa Road walking distance to famous Restaurants along Manalo Street like Chicken Inato. Few hundred meters to beach. Close to sari-sari store, water station, bakery and laundry is just few steps away.

Neighbourhood highlights

Neighbors are very friendly and approachable. We have one family who lives within the compound. They are courteous and hospitable especially the English man from UK. He is very approachable and accommodating. He has a transportation service and can accomodate your transport needs if you wish to. They have cats and one baby daughter.
The place is also near to Wesleyan church so songs of praises can be heard especially during mass hours. The church also facilitates special schooling program for children.
