This friendly, private open concept loft apartment is located on the top floor of a guest coach house located on a 2 acre waterfront estate. The loft apartment is a separate building from the main house. I continue to provide the highest standard of cleaning for our guests. All surfaces, handles and light switches are washed and thoroughly disinfected to ensure a safe space. There is a maximum occupancy for the loft of 2 people, parties, get togethers and events are not permitted.

The space
This unique loft is over 1000 sq ft with newly appointed furniture in a setting of copious amount of sunlight projected from the grand windows and six sky lights. Large exposed barn board trusses run through out the 20 foot Aline ceiling. The loft is located on the top floor of the coach house with no one below and only the large trees and sky above you. There is a private balcony and a beautiful panorama backyard view. Enjoy the brand new 4K TV with HDMI inputs, Onkyo receiver, Rogers Ignite tv, Netflix, Prime Video and surround sound. With this gorgeous, unique space, you wont be concerned of hearing people as its extremely private. The Kitchen is fully equipped with 2 undercounter fridges and a large deep freezer. There is a gas stovetop, toaster oven and microwave. Due to the Aline roof in the washroom there is a large jacuzzi tub with a hand held shower, toilet and sink vanity. The loft has a brand new air filter system and a floor Hepa air filter. Located on a two acre parcel of land overlooking the water, guests have access to a golf green, campfire, outdoor dining area and river dock. If you love the water and would like to enjoy the beautiful Credit River there are Kayaks and life jackets in the boathouse for your use. Please note: Entrance to the the loft is up a spiral staircase on the rear of the coach house as shown in the pictures
