This lovely Condo has a large terrace with breathless view to the Pitillal River and the Ocean.The Condo is located on the 11th floor, overlooking the pool and ocean. It has one bedroom, 1 bathroom and living room with a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen.
Ideal for couples. However, the uniqueness of this apt, is that the balcony can be opened through the horizontal sliding doors, to be shared with the apartment next door. In case, you consider bringing your family or friends to share this lovely place, but in a separate apartment!

Walking distance to the Peninsula mall with banks, Starbucks, Boutiques, the Marina, even the best disco and nightclubs. And more... 10 minutes to downtown and airport. Walmart 5 mins away, opens mostly all year around.
