Thank you for your feedback. Given that we are at snowline, we are affected by late frost well into May and even June. Since we typically have snow until May, our maintenance season begins in May, pruning trees prior to the frost will cause damage to our trees and working in icy conditions is very dangerous. Our peak season for the area is typically September through January.
In regards to a personal greeting, this is a rental property and our listing clearly states that the property is self-check in. AirBnB has a specific selection for the type of experience that a guest is looking for that will be clearly marked with the level of involvement from your host. In regards to communication, we communicate through AirBnB's message board. We also have a detailed page listing various amenities in the ares and include the local welcome center (less than two minutes away) in the property description . We did not receive a message from you through AirBnB's message center that guests utilize to typically communicate.
