This 1700 Sq ft. Corner Unit on a Cul-de-sac in Rim Village Vistas offers Blissful Relaxation staring straight at the Spectacular Recreation Area that Moab has to offer. Walking around this Peaceful & Quiet Neighborhood or Relaxing on the Outdoor Patio w/ a Firepit & BBQ Grill is truly an Adventurer’s Paradise & a perfect way to unwind after a fun filled day of Moab Outdoor Adventures!
When you are not out exploring, enjoy the home's many amenities, or choose from a wide variety of board games, card games, table games and puzzles stored in the pantry.
We are only 2 doors down from the Community Pool & Hot Tub, Playground, Tennis & Basketball Courts. We are located only 5 miles from town & close to Arches & Canyonlands National Parks.
The Garage is equipped with Bike Racks & Helmet Hooks for your outdoor adventures. We have Pool Toys in the closet for the Kiddos enjoyment as well as provide Plush Pool Towels for all guests.
There is Unlimited Parking for Trucks, Trailers, & Tow Rigs just outside the Cul-de-sac.
Whether you are Hiking, Biking, Rock Climbing, Off Roading & 4- Wheeling, Sightseeing, Golfing, or just in need of some Fresh Air, a Getaway, or Coming to Moab for Local Events such as Easter Jeep Safari, Rally on the Rocks, The Rotary Car Show, or any of the other fun local events, we are centrally located within minutes of everything!

Cleaning exceeds Airbnb suggested cleaning practices. Surfaces are also sanitized prior to your stay & additional cleaning products are available for guest use.

We also have a unit right next door with the same floor plan that can sleep 8 as well. Please reach out if you are interested in renting them both

Pack 'n' play crib stored at house to accommodate small children. It is stored in the master closet.

High chair in garage.

There is a foam mattress topper in the upstairs hall closet to put on top of the sofa sleeper if desired. Bedding for the sofa sleeper is also located in the hall closet.

Our townhouse is located in Rim Village Vistas. This community has much to offer including 2 pools, spa, tennis court, basketball and Spectacular views. Easily accessible from Hwy 191 and located just 5 miles South of downtown Moab. Rim Village Vistas is quiet, clean, neatly landscaped and is relaxation at it's finest.
