Great check-in experience
100% of recent guests gave the check-in process a 5-star rating.
We are an indoor campground, situated in a repurposed warehouse close to Bristol City Centre. We have revamped five vintage caravans and turned them into comfortable accommodation.

Our goal is to take under-appreciated buildings in great destinations and infuse them with a little bit of soul, so you can have an alternative to the standard hotel experience at more affordable prices.

This is our early 90's Omega

This is a 1993 Omega. Our youngest van! - In a previous life, she was used by a couple at Glastonbury for the last 15years. We have revamped her with a tropical tone. She offers a KING SIZE bed, with a proper comfy mattress, therefore easily sleeps two, or if you didn’t mind squeezing up, three friends could easily cuddle up for the night!

Unlike our other caravans, she does not have a separate seating area inside. She does however have a separate dressing/Vanity area, complete with hollywood mirror!

There is a kitchenette area, with fridge and all necessities needed for a cup of tea or coffee. Unfortunately due to fire risk, we have had to remove the gas stove, so you will not be able to do any cooking within the van, but hey, you’re on holiday. Enjoy one of the many restaurants or order in a takeaway instead!

Asha has an electric heater that will keep you warm and cosy during winter nights. There is a small wardrobe, where you can store clothes. Despite her age, she has become fairly modern in recent months and is equipped with a television with freeview channels and has electric points with usb for all your charging needs.

Immediately outside of the van, there is a cosy grassy camping area, where you can sit and relax outside. You will also find your surprisingly spacious private bathroom, with shower, toilet and sink.

We have five caravans in total and all are located within our warehouse. Whilst your caravan is private, you will have access to a shared communal area with a pool table.

We operate an honesty bar located in our’ "living room", inside the television.

You can also borrow our board games and books.

Basic WIFI is also available.

Most of our guests, self check in - however I can meet you, if you prefer this.

Once you are checked in, we will leave you to enjoy your stay. You will have been given the door access code and keys, so feel free to come and go as you please.

We are however always available to answer any questions you may have

We are located in an industrial inner suburb of Bristol. It is bounded by River Avon and Harbour feeder canal

We share our warehouse with Kingsland Studios, a creative hub of over 50 independent craft businesses. Our location is not residenital and whilst actually is a safe area, if walking at night - can feel lonely due to majority of buildings being used during the day.

We love our quirky industrial home and think you will too, it is a brilliant base to explore Bristol and all this wonderful city has to offer.

We are very close (0.5mile, 10minute walk to be exact!) to Temple Meads train station, Within a mile of us (15minute walk), there is a large shopping centre, a number of restaurants, a theatre and Motion nightclub as well as many other things.

Bristol is great to explore via foot. The city centre is a 15-20minute walk away.

There is a bus stop on our road. During the day, the 506 Bus takes you to the city centre in 7minutes. From there you can get anywhere you fancy in Bristol.

Additionally Taxi's and Uber are readily available.

We're sure you'll have a great stay, but what we would most appreciate is open and honest feedback so we can improve the experience for future guests. And hopefully ensure you stay again!

PARKING
There is a fair amount of street parking available free of charge. The quietest times are weekends and evenings (after 5pm). I will always try and save spaces where possible, but obviously I cannot guarantee a space.

We do have access to one car parking space on some dates, this is chargeable. Please contact me directly with any enquiries
